Choose life with each bite, with each step, with each busy & quiet moment!

I help busy moms, who are great at taking care of others and who want to take care of themselves.  I support women who are at high risk for breast cancer to make choices that enliven and enrich their lives.

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a licensed massage therapist and I hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology.

I love eating delicious healthy whole foods. I eat a high-raw-diet (which means a lot of my food is raw) I also cook & bake whole foods that are family friendly. My baked goods are mostly wheat free and refined-sweetener free. All the food on this blog is vegetarian.

I love to dance, hoop, swim and do yoga. I am married and have two children.

I believe life should be tasty, sensual, fun and real.

I am so excited as I make a drink with just kale or chard and
apples and tsp raw hone that my cleaning help from Brazil told me about. Now I can add lots of new things and have it in the morning instead of at night-

Yes, it’s from SuZ – the” Wake Up Your Magic” lady thanking you!

    Hi Nina,

I’ve recently discovered that I am *highly* intolerant to gluten, and taking gluten out of my diet has led me back to eating fish, after being vegetarian for nearly 13 years. Gluten seems to have caused a lot of havoc in my system, and I’m slowly recovering. I’m excited to follow your blog and learn more about your suggestions! Feel free to visit my blog at http://naturesnutritionist.wordpress.com.

    Happy Eating!
